Mangia Foodies! To celebrate the holiday season please join me in my kitchen at 30994 N 74th Way on Wed., Dec. 11th at 6 pm to bake some sweet Italian specialities. Biscotti-twice baked cookies, Chiacchiere-fried cookies dusted with powdered sugar, and Tiralli-cookies that are boiled baked and then glazed. Please bring Italian sparkling wine like a Spumonte or Prosecco. Even a Moscato would do well. Or bring any wine you like to drink. These cookies pair beautifully with wine.
