Bellasera Community Amenities

One of the many important considerations when buying a home, besides location and physical characteristics of the home itself, is what is the Homeowner’s Association like? What amenities are offered and at what cost? Will the community continue to be competitive against other older communities as well as newer communities? Does the community governance help to preserve home values by monitoring conditions and standards? What is the financial position of the community? How well does the community compare and does it maintain an adequate capital reserve position? The following information is provided to aid potential buyers in deciding if Bellasera is the right fit.

Community Association: Every homeowner is a member of the Bellasera Community Association which is managed by a professional property management company in the Greater Phoenix area. The association fees are $605 quarterly and include use of all amenities, maintenance of common areas and community streets and the services provided by entry gate security personnel. Bellasera has well-funded reserve fund for capital items and expenditures. Aside from the management company, there is an active and engaged group of residents who generously volunteer their time and talent to make sure the community is financially stable and well maintained.

Clubhouse: The 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse has a fully equipped state-of-the art fitness center, all purpose room, media lounge, pool, spa and men’s and women’s lockers with steam rooms. A gourmet commercial style kitchen is available for resident use to entertain in and around the clubhouse. A spacious lawn provides a shaded retreat for numerous outdoor activities.

Health and Fitness: The fitness center offers a full complement of current cardio equipment, fitness machines, free weights, and an array of training aids to keep you in shape. With expansive windows to the north, you will enjoy beautiful desert and mountain views as you train. Keep an eye out for bobcats, javelina and road runners. Classes such as water aerobics and yoga are also offered.

Pool and Spa: Bellasera’s pool incorporates a lap and lagoon design. A portion of the pool is dedicated to lap swimming with lanes, while the other portion includes a beach entry and shallow depth for lounging and visiting. Bellasera’s spa is protected by an arbor and natural desert flora. Fountains add to the enjoyment of the pool area. There is plenty of well-appointed furniture, umbrellas and space for everyone.

Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball: Two lighted tennis courts and one lighted basketball court are located near the clubhouse. The tennis court surface offers the most playable surface for both the novice and the expert with minimal regular maintenance. We even have a resident group who uses these venues for pickleball with minimal set up.

Dog Park: 10,800 sq. ft. of beautifully landscaped, fenced and lighted exercise area for dogs. There is a double gated entry system and ramp with sod and patio pavers. Benches and tables provide an excellent area to socialize with your friends while your canine family members socialize with their friends. Water is also available for the dogs.

Walking and Jogging Trails: There are approximately eight miles of multi-use paths, walks and natural washes. A one-eighth-mile jogging track is located on the clubhouse site for those who prefer to stay closer to the pool and spa. In addition, trail access to Lone Mountain is available from the community and offers a 2.2 mile loop with views of the entire valley.

Social Activities: Bellasera homeowners enjoy many kinds of social activities organized by our residents. Dinners at the clubhouse, luncheons at a different area restaurant each month, monthly wine tastings, area hikes and golfing in the area. The clubhouse is available for parties, festive meals, and special celebrations.
